On this episode the A Chat with Pat team get together to look back and digest the amazing efforts from the community in participating in the recent ISO232 challenge upon its completion. We reflect on its growth from the first day it begun, exceeding our expectations, the importance of the relationship between physical and mental health, our appreciation for everyone's love and support and also highlight Michael donning the lycra, officially being a Muff Muncher. The team also reveal some plans regarding what's next for the show! This episode truly has some quality riff raff and a cheeky chin wag.
We seriously cannot thank everyone enough for all their amazing efforts. We truly believe that as we continue to raise awareness towards mental health and contribute to organisations such as Beyond Blue and local community services.
